This spicy yet comforting noodle is one of Szechwan’s most renowned street foods. It consists of freshly boiled thin noodles tossed in a savoury, spicy sauce, topped with tender minced pork & green onions.

Poached Fish Fillet in Golden Broth
Poached fish fillets in a golden broth made with Japanese pumpkin, Szechwan peppercorns, and fragrant spices. Enhanced with mushrooms, tender asparagus, and a hint of sansho, this dish offers a soothing and flavourful experience.
